Thanks to the curiosity of Julien Coron (the restaurant’s head sommelier), wines from Yves Cuilleron & Les Vins de Vienne in Rhône, Combel la Serre in Cahors, Domaine Matassa and Clos des fées in Roussillon, Tirecul la gravière in Monbazillac are now on one of the Gulf region’s finest restaurant.
